Choosing a Moots titanium bike is an intelligent choice. Our U.S. made frames are built to be lifetime bikes and are priced less than many of the high end carbon bikes that are manufactured in Asia.
Unlike carbon fiber or thin wall aluminum frames, Moots titanium has an extremely high tolerance for damage, is very impact resistant and will not fail catastrophically.
No other frame material withstands the rigors of riding in harsh environments like titanium does. A Moots titanium frame will not deaden, loosen, crack or otherwise de grade in its performance or comfort over time. And, it will outlast several generations of carbon fiber or aluminum frames, and always erform like new.
We happily refurbish well ridden Moots frames to look like new without compromising any of the material’s properties.
